Most of our recruitment work is carried out using proven Search, (Headhunting), Methodologies which have proved to be consistently successful in filling vacancies at all levels.

We have a well-developed Network of Contacts within the International Motorsports Community and a proven, highly effective, In-House Research capability, which allows us to undertake confidential and demanding Assignments, Recent Assignments, in a short time frame. Usually, we are able to present a short-list of suitable Candidates within 3 to 4 weeks of beginning a Recruitment Project.

Used to operating on an International basis, our Research Team can draw upon excellent additional language skills in French, German, Italian and Spanish.

Selection

In relevant circumstances and in order to target Candidates from a wider audience outside Motorsports, we make full use of Social Media and Online Resources.

We also have our own impressive Database of over 6500 Motorsport related individuals, most of whom are not registered elsewhere and refer to this, where appropriate.

On many occasions we are requested to assist in recruiting into multiple vacancies, over varying time scales. We have practical experience in the Project Management of many Large Assignments, involving up to 50 vacancies at any one time. Often we have maintained an on-site presence in order to complete the work in the most effective manner.

Our Defined Off-Limits and No-Poaching Policy means that we will not solicit Candidates from existing Clients, nor will we re-approach any Candidate that we have placed, with regard to other job opportunities.”
